This is one of my pet peeves also. I really try to stay away from
using the word tattoo when refering to henna or mehndi. I try to get
the point across that it a completely different art form and
experience. Its really hard to grit my teeth and be polite to people
at fairs who want to show me how cool their "real" tatoos are
compared to my "fake" ones!
