If I were you, since the photos are only on their Ebay items, I wouldcontact Ebay and inform them of this copyright infringement and see
if they can intervene on your behalf with the company. A company's
standing on Ebay is based on feedback from people who have bought
items from them; if their feedback is negative they are less likely
to be able to sell so they will do what they can to avoid negative
