"borrowed"henna photos Help!

A kind customer just told me that a site called arabiangoods.com isuseing my photos from my website to sell pattern books on ebay.
They didnt even ask. Furthermore the henna used is not thiers either.
I used Jamila on my hand and Navaids paste on my friends feet.
I know some of you have had to deal with this kind of thing before.
What should I do?

go to free patterns, recipees...
go down to ebay link after that.
I feel in good company, but its not at all flattering.
