Technically, by using your photos and you and your friend's images to
sell their stuff, they owe you money for modelling for them.
Furthermore, they are'nt allowed to use the photos without your
permission.

You are legally allowed to sue them for this, and I have a feeling
that if you DID sue them, you would likely win. I'm not saying you
SHOULD sue, I'm just mentioning that the option is open to you.
