I found that it's easier to squeeze the henna when the bottle is
full. I did 2 brides (sisters) in one night, full bridal hands and
feet using the J-bottle and took about 4 - 5 hours in total. The base
of my thumb hurts just a teeny bit but that was about it (went away
quickly too). If anything, my back hurts more. I have a cone of henna
in my bag and kept re-filling the bottle once it gets 3/4 or 1/2
full. I always try to work with a full bottle.
