... and boy, are my arms tired!Posted by CorasMama on July 30, 2001 at 04:36:05: Last night, I tried one of the sirius mixes on all my friends at aparty. It's the longest I've ever done henna for, about 7 hours. Oh, my Maude, I hurt sooooo bad! And it's even both my arms/hands because I was using the left to help squeeze. The pertinent facts: I was using a j-bottle, made by a fabric paint manufacturer, that I got at Michael's, per someone's suggestion here. It felt like it wasn't easy enough to squeeze, But I don't know if there are any that are easier/softer. It had what looked like a .7 or .9 mm tip, and it was the 1-oz size bottle. The bottle was about 75% full when I started and almost empty when I was done. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there another kind/size of bottle/tip I should use? I'm not yet ready for cones -- just can't seem to get the same precision. Suggestions?
