Black Henna, Specifically PPDs

Whats the actual number of people that have been harmed by the PPDs?
I mean, my entire family got it done, as did many of my friends. Half
an hour later, I had a black design on my arm. Still do after two
weeks. And I've had it done before without any ill-effects.

What percentage of people are actually harmed by this, and are some
people just more immune to the effects than others?
