I get a lot of email from people who visit my site asking for all
sorts of designs. Sometimes I cannot even reply to all the emails,
thera are so many of them... but I try to email back as often as
possible.

When I'm too busy for drawing I just have to apologise and explain
that I'm in taking some important exams or making a short film or
whatever happens to be the case. Very often however I might have time
for drawing, but people make such difficult requests that I have no
idea of how to start working on them. They might ask for a design
with dozens of elements and lots of symbolism, and I just have to
admit that I won't be able to create a design like that. It's not
nice to dissappoint them, but I don't want to stat working on
something that won't eventually work out.

Also some people want designs that don't suit my style. Like cartoon
characters, or tribal designs. Cartoon characters would only look
silly if I tried to turn them into my line art, they look best the
way they are. And I know there must be several more skilled tribal
artists around.

Then again, I get a lot of requests with good ideas for designs. Many
of the animal designs on my site were originally requests, like the
cats in "Felis" and the seahorses in "Mare". The group
called "Please" is dedicated to requested designs, all those designs
were requests.

Keep those emails coming :) I've finally got some spare time for
drawing, and I need my inspiration!
