no stain??

I mixed up some henna Monday night...Jamilla, lemon juice, sugar,
mehndi oil, tea tree oil. Applied it tuesday night
and....nothing...no stain, absolutely nothing! What a bummer!!
I've never had that happen before - guess I'll try a new batch
tonight.
