Green henna, stain not powder?

I was offered recently some henna from different parts of the world.
Some of this was Sudanese black, which I took to mean just very darn
dark, but I see from reading here is probably adulterated. Yuck.
She also offered me some green henna. Has anyone heard of this? I
remember Zimra mentioning something green or purple staining a while
back?
