Yep, anything labeled black is going to be adulterated.

I've seen adulterated henna stain things green (like the plastic of
the cone), and I've had the unmoistened henna powder briefly stain
things green, but that's it.
ANYTHING that isn't in the red-brown spectrum is going to be
adulterated, or not really henna.
