Last year, there was some back and forth in this forum from Rob at
NE, the upshot of which was he said he wasn't going to come here any
more. CCJ had been in his forum, telling the people there (and Rob)
the dangers of "black" henna, and Rob claimed she was blowing the
numbers *way* out of proportion. (The last time I lurked in his
forum, people were still asking about "black" henna and how to use
hair dye to get this.) After Rob left, someone else came in,
defending him. That person didn't stay long, though. There was also
a thread about customer service, and CCJ's Roy even put in a post on
how purchases made with credit cards can be refunded, even though Rob
said he couldn't do it. (Or so I remember.)

'Course, Rob is back advertising EOs. I thought about trying a small
vial of his stuff since cajeput is practically non-existant around
here, but I didn't want to pay the minimun amount of s&h for a small
vial that cost next to nothing. We substitute teachers don't get
paid during the summer, alas.

C'est la vie.

I really don't expect NE to change.

Anne in CT, who's getting ready to use her cajeput henna for a quick
design!!! And who doesn't know the quality of the cajeput, so she'll
either be pleasently surprised or satisfactorially (sp?) disappointed.
