Green lung, the disease of those who use well-sifted henna

I have one of Castle Arts' sifters and while it does a great job,it's terribly messy. There must be a way to sift the henna so it
doesn't get all over the place. I am also concerned about breathing
in so much of it. What can I do except go outside?
