You are right about it being toxic, you can usually find liquidlatex at party supply stores, and novelty stores. You'll surely
find them at the costume house. And on shoulders and arms, I find
that tea tree or cajeput help ALOT. but for me they still don't come
out very dark. The customer usually doesnt' really care though,
just as long as you can see it. And i have found the 2-7 day thing
work well at room temperature. Hope this helps.
