Sophie, I did take a beginner class. It helped me. But you must
understand, I am the most untalented, non artist girl you will ever
meet. I am a very slow learner when it comes to that stuff. But I
learned how to control the bag better to get the results I wanted.
The instructor was very nice and said she would spend some one on one
time with me since my need was a little different. CCJ recommened on
her page somewhere I think, to practice with icing. That is where I
got the idea to take a class. Inexpensive investment that helped me.

Still laughing and will be all day!!!
