Being one of those people who does henna in such illegal zones (tho
not in front of someone's henna shop!) I can see it from another
perspective. I would much rather see the cops chasing real criminals
rather than handing out tickets to artists. It seems that their
priorities are out of whack if they are ignoring crimes to hassle
artists.
