Well . on the good side . . . . today I finally met Carrie and I'll
have a picture of us up on the website soon; we were hennaing at the
Fisherman's Fair in Boston! (it was really fun!!)

Re: Cones . . . I love them to death and I'm glad that you
finally 'discovered' them!!

But alas, something bad happened today. I'm sure some of you know
that I sell my surplus cones on occasion . . .but sadness hit me this
evening in response to a recent sell. I came home, all excited after
the Fair, to find a message from a customer who bought 20 cones and
said that none of them "worked" and that his mehndi function was a
disaster. He seemed really mad and I didn't know what to do; I have
always used my cones without any problem (in fact, I had sent the
person extra good cones) and it's really frustrating to have someone
tell you that you should be more careful about how something is
made. I'm sitting here thinking, I use these cones all the time.
They always work great! I think they're made well! What's the deal
and why do I have to feel so bad about all this?
