Depends on all sorts of things, but I know of people who store henna
for weeks at a time in the fridge, others who won't put their henna
near a fridge, and still get good lasting times, and others who make
fresh henna every day. However, 6 days does not surprise me.

Hmmm, even more variable, partly because you never know how long ago
the tube was filled. Generally tubes contain preservatives so they
stand a chance of lasting a while. But then you have to decide
whether you want to put those preservatives on your skin.
