Mehndi forbidden in Germany?

Hi everybody!

I've just read in a german mehndi web page, that henna tatoos
are forbidden in germany because the color agent of henna "lawson" is
not in the list of permited cosmetics!!!!

Does that mean that henna is dangerous for the skin!!??

I can't believe it!!!!

I live in germany and I don't want to have any problem about
it.
