In Iran I had the great oppurtunity to talk to traditional miniature
painter.....
I of course talked about henna and suchlike....
I do now KNOW why henna in folks and henna in miniatures are SO
diffrend!
BECAUSE of ONE reason:traditional persian miniature paintig never did
show poor ore everage people.....just princesses, kings, queens and
paris(something simmilar to female angels)
And king´s designs and "average" peoples designs were REALLY
diffrend.because kings and rich people ALWAYS wanted an OWN
design....every rich family was supposed to have a miniature painter
and a hennaartist.and the designs were diffrend-king to king!
But the really symbolism was applied by the folk......cause they had
less money and so they did need more from god.....because in old Iran
they said:the lesser you have money the lesser god likes you........

SO now I do know why catherine was so wondered when she saw my
hjennapatterns from Iran.because this patterns were "average"
designs.which were used in hennaart.

But my book will also include DOZENS of "king and queen" designs
