She was ready to:explode from fidgits by the time I got the last lines down! No doubt about that! I certainly don't mean to contest any of what you say above; child marriages did and do exist, with both children of frighteningly young ages and to grooms many decades older than the 'bride.' I just wanted to point out in this case, many times the young age of 'Aisha is shown as a 'bad' point of Islam, and I wanted to share that it isn't universally thought to be accurate that Aisha was that six years old and married in the fullest sense of the word. nudge nudge. Many don't agree with the collections of hadith and some even actively disavow hadith as accurate (or necessary.) A few sources say 9 and 11- still terribly young. Her own words stated she was 9 when the marriage was official, again, nudge nudge. Now, myself, I've got some new henna and I'm going to have a child bride henna design in about 15 minutes! So, thanks for the gorgeous quick simple design. Peace http://faridi.net/islam/aisha/ http://www.answering-christianity.com/aisha.htm http://alhegra.com/com/evidence.htm
