henna in oklahoma

I just recently picked up the practice of henna and I feel in love
with it. After years of buying the kits in the stores, I have learned
how to mix it myself. I have only one problem. This bing Oklahoma and
all I can not find any other artists in the state. everyone that I
have contacted said that they no longer practise because Oklahoma is
so hard. Living in Oklahoma, where they won't even let a tattoo
parlor open, it is hard to find people who enjoy this like I do. Many
people here think that henna is a tattoo, whereas I agree to a point,
to me it has much more meaning. I am also looking for someone areound
the area of OKC to get some tips from by maybe watching. I dont know.
If anyone has any ideas or knows some one in Oklahoma practticing let
me know. Please
