Frustrating as hell, isn't it?

It gets easier to deal with iddddjitts as you get older .... greying
hair and the cold gaze of a dire wolf (leftover from raising
teenagers) properly employed makes people shut up and pay attention
when you tell them something. Sometimes.

The only advice I can give is to carefully choose the battles you know
you can win, fight only those, and then fight HARD. With some
situations and with some people .... there's just no point. If you
feel you can make a difference, and there's an opportunity (time
factor, etc) go for it, and give it everything you've got. There's no
point wasting your energy on the defiantly cluess. Save it for the
people you CAN work with!
