: : Any advice on dealing with folks who share bad information like
: this?
:
: Frustrating as hell, isn't it?
:
: It gets easier to deal with iddddjitts as you get older ....
greying
: hair and the cold gaze of a dire wolf (leftover from raising
: teenagers) properly employed makes people shut up and pay attention
: when you tell them something. Sometimes.
:
: The only advice I can give is to carefully choose the battles you
know
: you can win, fight only those, and then fight HARD. With some
: situations and with some people .... there's just no point. If you
: feel you can make a difference, and there's an opportunity (time
: factor, etc) go for it, and give it everything you've got. There's
no
: point wasting your energy on the defiantly cluess. Save it for the
: people you CAN work with!

My husband always says when a situation like this; there is no
challenge in hunting cows, when you can get hamburger and steak from
the supermarket. Sometimes this quote is true. LOL Bright blessings,
Christine
