photo help! (kinda urgent)

Okay, so I went over to my mom's office today to use their scanner
and then just emailed the pictures to myself from over there...

I open them up and they're HUGE! I can't post them anywhere or send
them to anyone like this! ACK! Does anyone know how to make the
photos smaller? I don't have to download some huge program I won't
know how to run to be able to fix this do I?
