I always buy insurance for the package I mail out to the customers.
It doesn't cost much but saves me from running into trouble. When I
got my Mehndi from India. It had two types of henna. Mail people had
torn the pack a part and deliver Mehndi in yellow bag. I had lost
almost a kilo of henna because of that but I was glad it came and was
checked before arrived here.

: I mailed out a package Priority Mail (2-3 days) two weeks ago and
the
: customer says she hasn't received it. Other stuff I mailed that
day
: to other areas of the country got there in very good time. When I
: called the Post Office, I was told that there was an anthrax
problem
: in Baltimore (where the package was likely routed through) around
the
: time of my mailing and a lot of packages especially are frozen
there
: until they are individually checked. What should I do? It's not
my
: fault, it's not her fault, and it's not really the Post office's
: fault, either. I want to be known for great service like Kenzi and
: Castle Arts are. Suggestions?
