Question for mail-order suppliersPosted by Lauren on November 13, 2001 at 16:32:17: I mailed out a package Priority Mail (2-3 days) two weeks ago and thecustomer says she hasn't received it. Other stuff I mailed that day to other areas of the country got there in very good time. When I called the Post Office, I was told that there was an anthrax problem in Baltimore (where the package was likely routed through) around the time of my mailing and a lot of packages especially are frozen there until they are individually checked. What should I do? It's not my fault, it's not her fault, and it's not really the Post office's fault, either. I want to be known for great service like Kenzi and Castle Arts are. Suggestions?
