Fremantle is the 2nd largest city in Western Australia (the largest
being Perth). It is a very multi-cultural, offbeat, arty kind of
place (any thing goes LOL), in my opinion , its the perfect place to
introduce Mehndi. There is no 'general' type of local population, we
have every type of person from the yuppies to the students. I am
comportable with the idea of home visits, as my sister and I plan to
work together initially. We have checked out the competition and
there doesn't seem to be much at all. Infact we have only found two
other artists, (although we are sure there must be more).

Try to find
: a place that will let you work for a weekend and hand out "free
: finger" coupons to get your business rolling. Don't forget also
: benefits -- some of my best paying customers have evolved from free
: gigs I did for community events.

We love this idea of 'free finger' coupons, thanks heaps.

Yes we have taken photo's here and there, unfortunately not many &
none of good quality. (We never bothered much with photo's as it was
just a hobby and we have only hennaed ourselves, plus done family &
friends as a favour). Of course we are kicking ourselves now, but we
will be buying film for the camera tommorrow, and start snapping
everything we do from now on.

Yes, thanks so much for the tips. We read Reverand Bunny's business
rants, some time ago. Infact we printed out the whole lot & links,
and have studied it many times, LOL.
