barefoot outdoors, bad idea.

I went barefoot at events for a long time. Then one year I stepped
on a stick and got a nasty, splintery puncture wound in my heel. The
next year, I stubbed and cut open my toe and got a nasty grey
infection in it that would have cost me the toe had my friend not
been Reiki trained and on the spot.
Please do not go barefoot when outdoors.
