Quicklime (maybe)

I tried out an experiment with some sort of lime, and i thought i'd
post my experience.

Last night i did a big bold design on the bottom of my foot, wrapped
as usual. The color wasn't spectacular, because i had fallen asleep
for a few hours before i wrapped it, and it had dried to the point
where it was cracking. It was pretty red, with a lot of dark orange
too. So this morning i rinsed the henna off, and mixed up some
plaster, which was the limeyest thing i had around. I slathered and
slathered and left it for about 40 minutes. Then i scraped it off,
and reapplied it again, this time heating it over a charcoal disc.
That one didn't last too long, because the mosquitos started to wake
up and bite fierce. So off it came, and my foot was oiled and
apologized to. It is severely waterlogged, and there isn't any change
in color besides it lightening a few shades. There wasn't any ouch
factor though, so i think everything's fine. We'll see by tomorrow
whether it blackens or not, and i'll post the results.
