EEEEEEK My first Indian wedding!

I've done wedding parties before, but just for Americans. This lady
I have to do in the morning because that night they are rubbing her
with cumin! THIS IS THE REAL THING. Ummm... Help? I have designs,
I have good henna, I have a good recipie, I have applicators (I think
I'll use the Jacquard, I'm out of practice with cones), ummm.... I
guess I just need a pep talk. This is pretty much the biggest day of
a traditional Indian life, so it's GOT to be perfect, and there's a
tight-knit community here with no other henna artist closer than NYC
(about 2 hours away), so my performance tomorrow will make or break
me for the traditional trade, which is what I really want to do.

Is there anything that is essential to Indian henna that I must
include, or really bad omens I must avoid? I want to show her that I
respect her traditions enough to know about them, and I'm not sure I
have enough info to do that.
