In the case of the terpine EOs their effect may be an oxidizing effect which may affect only the area where the henna is applied, or they may affect the whole area. I have no idea, but it is worth considering. Perhaps the best way to test this is to do designs on either feet (because we use them equally they are likely to be calloused equally, unlike the hands) each one with a different EO added. The comparison would be much more objective. p.s. just picked up my little bottle of cajeput sold to me by a transexual named Tracy at Enfleurage! Can't wait to try it out for the wedding I have coming up!!
