I've done thigh-by-thigh before, when someone raised the sameobjection about 2 years ago. I found it doesn't make a difference how
far apart the designs are, for the reasons stated in the post above.
Any slight warming effect wouldn't have all that much to do with the
henna darkening. Henna seems truely effected by heat with repeated
steaming and heating ... not by the slight raising of skin temps with
an oil.
