Future conferences (feedback please?)

organization, webspace ... and all that from the last 3 years, and

Would it be less daunting a task to put together a conference if a
person(s) at each location made all the local arrangements, but used
the experience, contacts and information I have as a platform to
organize the conference? Perhaps that would give the conferences
continuity (and add to credability)... and be easier for each local
organizer as they wouldn't have to start from scratch each time!

Then ... if it was impossible to find or organize a place in one year
or another, Brushwood could be the fallback location.
