to me, it's about options...

I've been digesting the exciting news and had this brainstorm... for
my clients I intend to print up a page w/CCJ's recipes and offer
these "Aromatherapy/specialty blends" upon advance request at a
slighty higher price (im thinking $2 extra per oil in the blend?). I
will present the pros & cons (darker stain, great smell vs shorter
life) & a "possible allergy" caveat, then let them chose their fate.
If i were a client, i would love these options.

Also, as many of us know, lotsa clients are really into the holistic
groove. I want to make up the recipe sheet to include henna blends
w/a list of their ingredients, their fragrence effects (like on
CCJ's "woodsy" "flowery" etc descriptions) as well as their
aromatherapy effects (aphrodisiac, calming, invigorating, etc). My
guess is a lot of my types of clients will love these options and at
just a few $$ more will be happy to pay extra, which should help
offset my supply costs.

My approach to henna for clients is a Hindu thing -- I see it as an
opportunity to invoke Lakshmi (for myself) & to create for my clients
an atmosphere of luxury, of feeling pampered & adorned (Lakshmi's
blessings). These EO's fit nicely into my philosophy & besides, it's
great fun in the kitchen! :)
