US customs dept and henna (boo!)

where they'd intercepted some henna from India or something, and
stopped it because it had pictures of henna designs on hands and feet
on it.
APPARENTLY according to this piece, henna is actually only legally
allowed 2 be imported for use on hair, not on the body. I never knew
this - what a load of ****!
