I am the customer Lauren is speaking about (at least I think it's
me). I understand completely about the postal service problem and I
believe that the package will show up sooner or later - either at my
place or back at Laurens. I am disappointed that I couldn't get my
hands on the henna though.....I love getting packages in the mail and
so look forward to them!
I do not feel that anyone is at fault - it's just how it is right
now - whether on the receiving or the shipping end of any packages we
had all better take precautions and pay the extra so that our
packages can be tracked and insured.
I will be ordering again in the near future - I still want to try
that henna!

Yvonne, who wonders what the postal service will make of the "strange
green powder" if the package is mangled in processing :)
