The best henna to buy...

Guys I'm looking for some serious
advice about henna for this upcoming
summer's festivals. Frank and I did
fests last summer, but this year I want
to be better prepared.

Last summer we used Matthew's Life
Art Mehndi MUD. Premixed and left on
the skin for 1 hour it left a dark
chocolate brown stain without wraps/
lemon sugar and all the like. I think for
festivals it's the best stuff to use, but
let's face it, it's not cheap, not even at
wholesale. Also, I have been having
trouble contacting Matthew to make an
order, any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Also, I have probably a good kilo left
from Castle Art's henna that I bought
last August 99. It has been air tight in a
dark closet and I am finding that it
doesn't have the same kick as the Life
Art stuff does. Any suggestions on who
to go with, recipes, or what to do?
