Fenugreek (Methi seeds) for henna?

Hey,
Has anyone tried his out yet? I was sent some for my henna. They are
supposedly good in henna for cohesiveness, texture and color.
I'm going to try it out and see. Anyone else tried it with good
results? And also any allery problems associated with it?
